Products
The sales price of the products is different for each distribution center. All your factories can produce all products, and you can freely choose how you divide production over your factories for each distribution center. Some of the variables you need to consider in this decision are the cost of capacity at your factories and the location of the factories in relation to the location of the distribution centers. The distance between a factory and a distribution center determines the unit shipping cost and transportation time. Additionally, there is an environmental cost per shipment related to CO2.
